Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ZCStoreqa@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
